DESCRIPTION

The ELOISE Navy Blue V-Neck Skater Dress is defined by its two-part neckline which starts shallow near the shoulders before plunging into a deep V. Thick straps frame the bodice, anchoring this mini dress and giving it solidity against the flowing movement of the pleated skirt.
