How do I find out if an item is coming back in stock?
When one of our signature pieces makes its return, you’ll find it featured on our Back in Stock collection.
You can also sign up to our newsletters to be the first to know about restocks and new releases, or check out our socials, where we post any major updates.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes! You can find our size guide with measurements and conversions on each product on our site.
We know finding the perfect fit can be difficult. If you have any specific sizing questions, get in touch with our expert team. Having your measurements ready will help us guide you to the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and pay later with Klarna.
How do I use my discount code or gift card?
You’ll be presented with a discount code box at checkout. Simply enter your code and enjoy your WalG London order with a cheeky discount.
When will I be charged for my order?
Once your order is confirmed at checkout, payment will be processed right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once your payment has been approved.
What do I do if I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation email is sent immediately after you place your order, but it may take up to four hours to arrive in your inbox.
Occasionally, your email provider might mistakenly send our messages to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there. Adding hello@walglondon.com to your contacts can help ensure our emails land safely in your inbox.
Still no sign of it? Please get in touch with us with your full name, shipping address and proof of payment and our team will look into it for you.
What do I do if I made a mistake or need to change my order?
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so our team gets started on packing and processing it right away. Since things move quickly behind the scenes, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make amends to orders once they have been confirmed. If you no longer want to keep your order, you’re welcome to return the item for a refund. You can check out our return policy and instructions below.
What do I do if my order is missing an item or I’ve received the incorrect item?
We take care in getting every order perfect. However, on the rare occasion your order is not as expected, we’re here to make it right. If your order is missing an item or you’ve received the incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at hello@walglondon.com.
Please include your order number, name, and a description of your issue, including photos, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
We have high standards for our clothes; every item we make goes through careful quality checks to ensure they are perfect. However, on rare occasions, faults may happen. If you believe your order is faulty, please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery at hello@walglondon.com.
To ensure we can assist you as quickly as possible please include your name, order number, the details of the faulty product (product name and description of the fault) and pictures of the fault.
Please note: any items damaged from wear or from careless handling will not be considered faulty.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders outside of the EU customs charges may be applied in accordance with local regulations and the policies of the delivery carrier. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority. Any charges will not be covered by WalG London.
I’ve missed my delivery, what happens now?
If you have missed your delivery, our couriers will try to deliver your package at least one more time.
If you’re still not in, the package will be delivered to a pickup location near your address and instructions on how to collect your package will be sent to you. Your package will be held at the collection point for up to 10 days. If you are unable to collect your package in this time, it will be sent back to us.
If the parcel is ultimately returned to us undelivered, we’ll automatically refund your order. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
What can I do if my order is delayed?
All provided delivery times are estimates and may change.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please reach out to our team, we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you no longer want to keep your items, you can return them for a refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once registered, you’ll have 14 days to get your return to us. Please note that returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Only items that are in their original condition, with the tag and any ribbons attached, will be eligible for a refund. Please be careful when trying on your order as we may not refund any items that have marks including those from deodorant, make-up, fake tan, or perfume. Any items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise damaged will not be refunded.
All our items, including sale items, are eligible for a return if they meet the criteria outlined above. If you are unsure if your order is eligible for a return, please get in touch with our team.

How can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please get in touch with our team within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your name, order number, and the items that you would like to return.
Our team will help organise a return shipping label for you to use to get your items back to us safely!
Do you offer free returns?
We currently don’t offer free returns, so any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don’t offer exchanges, but don’t worry! You’re welcome to return any unwanted items in your order for a refund and place a fresh order for the size or colour you’ve got your eye on.
How long does a refund take to process?
We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of when they arrive back at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed your refund.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used to place the order. Depending on your payment provider, your refund may take up to 5-10 days to show on your account once it has been processed.
If your refund still hasn’t shown after this time, please get in touch with us and include your name, order number and the details of the returned items.
Are you offering extended returns for the Holidays?
Yes! All orders placed before the 25th of December will be eligible for a 30 day return period.

Why haven't I received my welcome discount?
If you've signed up to our newsletter, you'll need to confirm your subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email before we can send you your discount code!
If you haven't received the confirmation email please check your junk/spam folder as it may have landed there.
Your discount email will usually arrive within the hour of confirming your subscription!
