CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders outside of the EU customs charges may be applied in accordance with local regulations and the policies of the delivery carrier. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority. Any charges will not be covered by WalG London.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you no longer want to keep your items, you can return them for a refund. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Once registered, you’ll have 14 days to get your return to us. Please note that returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Only items that are in their original condition, with the tag and any ribbons attached, will be eligible for a refund. Please be careful when trying on your order as we may not refund any items that have marks including those from deodorant, make-up, fake tan, or perfume. Any items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise damaged will not be refunded.
All our items, including sale items, are eligible for a return if they meet the criteria outlined above. If you are unsure if your order is eligible for a return, please get in touch with our team.
To start a return, you can contact us via email at hello@walglondon.com with your name, order number, and details of the items you wish to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are in the EU we offer an easy returns service for €4.50, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.
If you are outside of the EU the customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
